The ground floor apartment, with an area of 55 m², is furnished with original vintage furniture but equipped with modern comforts.
A private entrance with hall with access to toilet and living/dining room. The space is equipped with a gas facade heating. The kitchen part has an original Formica kitchen unit and there is also: a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, Senseo coffee maker and a kettle. You can cook on a four-burner butane gas hob.
The apartment has one spacious bedroom with an adjoining children’s room. The bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200, in the corner of the bedroom is a spacious shower and a sink. From the bedroom there is access to a sunny courtyard with seating and a Spa (37°C) for relaxation that can be used free of charge. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available. Free WIFI provided. Free public parking in front of the door and there is a lockable bicycle shed for covered bicycle storage.
Motorcycles can be parked easily and safely in the garage.
Note: We live on the first floor, the house is more than 100 years old, there are contact noises.
